The Vivitar XC-3 is an M42 mount, 35mm SLR, marketed by Vivitar and manufactured by Cosina. It is based on the Cosina CSM. The camera provides TTL center-weighted metering with an LED display that indicates over and under exposure conditions. A half-press on the shutter release stops down the lens for metering. The camera's electronics are turned off when the shutter release collar is turned to the locked "L" position.
