Description
This Vivitar 135mm f/2.8 is a Komine manufactured fixed-mount, manual focus, automatic lens marketed by Vivitar in the late 1970s through mid 1980s. It is a member of Vivitar's Komine diamond rubber ring family family of lenses. This family of lenses is well-documented in the book, The Vivitar Guide, by John C. Wolf.[1] The Wolf guide has this to say about the 135mm f/2.8 lens:
One of the all-time favorite Vivitars, this economical mid-range telephoto is light and fast, just right for action shooting under almost any conditions, for frame-filling portraits, and many other applications.
