The Kiev Vega (sometimes marked in cyrillic: Киïв Вега) was a 16mm film camera made by Arsenal in Russia. The film was unperforated, and contained in special cassettes with both feed and take-up spools built-in, similar to Minolta 16 cassettes. It's reported that the Vega takes original Minolta cassettes since it's almost a 1:1 copy of the Minolta-16[1].

The Vega 2 added a focusing lens.
