The Ultronic Sport Camera (per manual, called just Ultronic on the camera itself) is a basic camera for 35mm film. It has a fixed-focus lens, manual film advance and rewind, a single aperture, and a single shutter speed. It appears to be a giveaway camera, with a booklet for the camera indicating it was given to subscribers of Time Magazine. It was also available under other names, including Luxon Riviera.
