Not bad, I think. (Much of it was written by a good friend of mine.) How about adapting it? If that seems a good idea, use the following as a draft (and eventually copy it over to the article and delete it from this talk page). But if I've misunderstood Camerapedia etiquette (or GFDL), just delete the whole thing from here.

Copy from Wikipedia?

Here's the conveniently GFDL'd en-Wikipedia article, which as you'll see is quite a bit longer than the current Camerapedia article:

Here was a copy of the WP article in the state that it was at the time. (To view it, just click that link.) No longer needed here, and thus deleted. -- Hoary 02:10, 9 May 2006 (EDT)

End. (I've deliberately refrained from copying the Category info.)

Here was a revised copy of the WP article in the state that it was at the time. Copied to the article, no longer needed here, and thus deleted. -- Hoary 02:10, 9 May 2006 (EDT)

I've made a start removing links, but there's more work to be done fixing links. -- Hoary 06:26, 8 May 2006 (EDT)

I think this is not a problem, as soon as we don't do it too often (this has been done before for the 120 film page). To insert a wikipedia page, we need to mention the wikipedia origin (and the date of the wikipedia version), both in the page and in the change summary. --Rebollo fr 15:51, 8 May 2006 (EDT)
