Tōkyō Shashin
Tōkyō Shashin Kōgaku Kōgyōsho was a Japanese camera maker. It is said that it made the Baby Germa 3×4cm camera at the end of 1937.[1] Kokusan kamera no rekishi also reports that an advertisement mentions this company as the maker of the Tsubasa products, this certainly corresponds to the Tsubasa hoods and filters distributed by Matsuzaki Shashinki-ten.[2]
Tōkyō Shashin Shōkai (東京写真商会, i.e. "Tokyo photography trading") was a Japanese distributor that advertised the Ami and Sintax folding cameras between 1941 and 1943.[3]
It is not known if the two companies were related or not.
