Toakoki was a Japanese camera maker. It appeared in 1936 as Takahashi Kōgaku (高橋光学). It became Tōa Kōki Seisakusho (東亜光機製作所, meaning Far-East Optical Works) in 1950, then Shinwa Seiki (新和精機) in 1952.

In an ad appeared in the Sep. 1938 issue of Asahi Camera, the Gelto was said to be made by the Gelto Camera Werke, it is unknown if this was truly the company name at some time or some expression specifically forged for advertising purposes.
