Sigma

SIGMA is known as SLR lens producer. Sigma'a lenses are available for the different lens mount system of several SLR camera makers. Sigma had been foundes in 1961 by Michihiro Yamaki in Tokyo (Japan). Nowadays Sigma produces some SLR camera models. The plant is 300 km north of Tokyo because they need clean air for making optical precision products. They produce their optical devices with glass that's free of arsenic and plumber.
