The Primar is a folding bed camera made by Bentzin for type No. 120 film with collapsible big sports finder as well as the obligatory brilliant finder. It has a Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar 4.5/10,5cm lens in a Compur shutter with speeds up to 1/250 sec. plus T and B modes.
An alternate design of the the Primar has no folding bed but a self-erecting front standard, and a 10cm Meyer ƒ4.5 Trioplan instead of the Tessar. Its image frame size can be reduced from 6x9cm to 6x4.5cm.
