The Premier PC-80 is kind of a toy camera. It has a f6.3 50mm Premier "glass lens", probably with setable aperture, maybe switchable from sunny to cloudy. There's also a numeric aperture scale, but beginning with f5.6 while the lens speed is only f6.3. The camera has also an optical viewfinder,
It has a hot shoe. Thus the shutter seems to be flash synchronized, The camera has even a release cable thread in the metal release button. Means of film transport is a thumb-wheel with exposure counter, and means of film rewind is a metal knurl. The camera has a curved film plane which may mean that its lens is of poor quality or has at least a significant curvature of field.
The camera became renowned as promotional gift from household-machine maker Whirlpool.
