The Praktica LTL3 is one of many version of the Praktica M42 cameras. This version lacks a self timer, although there are versions of the LTL3 with a selftimer. It has battery powered TTL metering and shutter speeds up to 1/1000sec.
Most were sold with the Pentacon 50mm f/1.8 lens, the one in the picture has the early rebranded Meyer Oreston version mounted. Also very common lenses are Domiplan 50mm f/2.8.
