On the left side you can see the re-designed 135mm lens barrel. It is still heavy and made of steel, but it now has a auto-system and a six blade iris instead of the original Pentacon 2.8/135's fifteen blades.

The lenshood is now rectractable, where the old one had to be removed by screwing it off.

The one on the right is the final version. Minor cosmetic changes and choice of different colors on the scales.
