Oshiro Optical Works was a camera maker based in Japan. Fujiyama, the brand name it used for its lenses, seems to have been taken over by Hong Kong based Fujiyama Co. Ltd., a distributor of digital video cameras and photo accessories. When it's sometimes mentioned by photographers as the brand of their filters that usually means the distributor's brand name and not an Oshiro product.
