History
The company 'Orionwerk' Hannover (Gemany) was founded in 1893 as Glunz & Bülter. In 1903 it changed its name to Bülter & Stammer, probably because the company founder Bülter changed his partner. Later cameras of a maker Glunz from Hannover are known. In 1921 Bülter & Stammer became Orionwerke, and finally the Orionwerk A.G. stock market company. It produced a range of cameras until about 1933 when the company went into liquidation.[1]
