C-7070 with optional battery, booster pack image by Martin Taylor (Image rights) |
The C-7070wz was the last of the Olympus C-series line. It is basically a C-5060wz with a couple of extra megapixels and a fix to a mode dial problem that some C-5060wz cameras suffered from. The C-7070wz was high quality, prosumer digicam with a wide zoom (27-113mm equivalent) and a metal body that was only available for a single year in the US (2005). The image shows the C-7070 with the optional battery pack.
