General

Released in EDIT, the d100 was nikon's answer to canon's 10D. It features a 6.1mp sensor and teh usual raft of features you'd expect to find on a dSLR that costs £1,200. It has recently been 'replaced', in the opinion of many, by the d70 that- although costing less- offers many of the same features and even improves on a couple of the d100s (1/500 flash sync speed for example)
