The Nicca 3-F is a 35mm Leica thread mount camera produced by the Japanese company Nicca from 1956 to 1957.
Early versions have a knob wind for the film transport. Later versions have a lever wind. Especially the lever wind versions were popular.
Sears sold this camera in the USA as the Tower 3-F.
