The Minolta Memory Maker is a simple plastic viewfinder which takes 35mm film. A sliding cover protects the lens and also hides the flash activation button.
The camera uses 2 AA batteries for power, ISO is set by DX decoding between 100 and 400ISO. A red LED light indicates low light, this is being activated by a CDS cell.
It has a fixed focus 35mm f/4.5 lens with a range from 1.5mtrs to infinity.
