The Minolta FS-35, known as the Fredom 50 in America, is a basic fixed-focus compact camera released circa 1989. It has motorised film transport, a built-in flash, but no self-timer. The lens is protected by a sliding cover. It was followed by the Riva 35/Freedom 50N in 1991, virtually the same camera in a redesigned casing.
