It was made by Zeiss-Palmos circa 1907 and later by Ica for the plate/sheet formats 4.5x6cm, 6.5x9cm, 6x9cm, 3¼x4¼inch, 9x12cm, 4x5inch and 13x18cm, 9x18cm (panorama), and for the stereo formats 9x12 and 9x18.
