The Mamiya Metra 2 is a 35 mm rangefinder with an uncoupled selenium cell that was sold in the late 50's by the Japanese company Mamiya. It was available with a 1.9/48 mm or a 2.8/48 mm Mamiya Sekor lens and is fitted with a Seikosha-MXL shutter.

The aperture ring is coupled to the shutter speed ring in order to keep the same EV when changing shutter speed. The uncoupled meter gives the EV value to be reported on the aperture ring.

The Mamiya 35 Auto Metra 2 is the same camera but with coupled meter. The previous version of Metra / Auto Metra had a flap covering the meter window.
