The Lord 4D is a 35 mm rangefinder introduced in 1956 by the Japanese company Okaya. It is fitted with a 40 mm f/2.8 Highkor lense on a Seikosha MXL shutter.
The Lord 4D has some interesting and unique features for its time : a semi-wide lense, a built-in film cutter, a hyperfocal distance lock.

The Lord 5D is the same camera but with a 1.9/40 Highkor lense and is much more seen than the Lord 4D.
It is probable that only a few thousands of them were built.
