Kyokutō
Kyokutō Kōki Seisakusho was a Japanese company that made the Semi-Tex 4.5×6 folder in 1937–8. It seemed to use the short name Kyokko Mfg. Co., and this appeared in the company's logo. It also used the trademark "Simpu".
