The Kodak Typ 037 Retinette IB was a product of the German Kodak AG. It was a viewfinder camera with built-in selenium-meter. It had been produced from October 1959 to Febuary 1963. The known serial number range of the Typ 037 is from 50981 to 274266. An estimated minimum of 224,266+ Typ 037 Retinette IB cameras were produced.
The improved Typ 045 Retinette IB had the faster Prontor 500 LK shutter with speeds upto 1/500 sec. and a hot shoe for the flash. It had been produced from Febuary 1963 to 1966.
