Kashiwa Seikō (柏精工, meaning Kashiwa Precision Industries), was a Japanese camera maker. It made the Cooky 35 in 1949–50 and announced the Blondy subminiature in 1949. It used the name "Kashiwaseiko" or "Kashiwaseiko Co." in a single word for the camera markings.
