The KTI-Tiyoko is a leaf shutter certainly made by Chiyoda Kōgaku Seikō (predecessor of Minolta).
The KTI-Tiyoko gives T, B, 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 200 speeds. It has a black shutter plate, with the name KTI–TIYOKO at the top and the aperture scale at the bottom. "Tiyoko" is an alternative writing for "Chiyoko", abbreviation of Chiyoda Kōgaku.
The KTI-Tiyoko was certainly developed for military use. It was mounted on the Military Lily, and one example is known with a Tele-Hexar 30cm f/6.3 lens and a bayonet mount on the rear, perhaps intended for the Interchangeable Lily.
