The KTI-Tiyoko is a leaf shutter certainly made by Chiyoda Kōgaku Seikō (predecessor of Minolta).[1]

The KTI-Tiyoko gives T, B, 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 200 speeds. It has a black front plate, with the name KTI–TIYOKO at the top and the aperture scale at the bottom. "Tiyoko" is an alternative writing for "Chiyoko", abbreviation of Chiyoda gaku. The meaning of "KTI" is unknown.

The KTI-Tiyoko was certainly developed for military use. It was mounted on the Military Lily, and one example is known with a Tele-Hexar 30cm f/6.3 lens and a bayonet mount on the rear, perhaps intended for the Interchangeable Lily.

Notes
