Indo Supedex VP35 S 35mm Viewfinder camera, produced c1979 for the French company Indo.
Most probably this camera was build by an unknown company in Taiwan (or Hong Kong?) for the French camera manufactor Indo which sold it in Europe.
There is also a version of the Supedex with automatic exposure control, the Supedex Auto 28
