Hanimex SnapShot Metallic is a camera marketed by Hanimex. It came in several colours, including green. It was made in China. It used 35mm film, is fixed focus (called "Focus Free" on the camera), has a 28mm lens, manual film advance and rewind, and a built-in flash. It is likely a camera marketed by different companies in different markets. With its cheap plastic appearance, it could be considered a toy camera.
