Fukada Shōkai (深田商会) was a Japanese camera distributor, active at least in the 1930s. Its name can be translated as Fukada Company or Fukada Trading Co. It distributed the Semi Prince 4.5×6 folder and the Prince Flex 6×6 TLR. It was possibly the owner of the Prince brand name.
