The Focal Tele Focal is a camera for 110 film. It was distributed by Kmart and was certainly a rebadged model by another company. For indoor photography it used disposable flip-flash. It included both "normal" and "tele" modes. It was made in Japan.
110 film is still available, but flipflash was discontinued years ago.
