These cameras were produced by factory "FED" (Ukraine) since 1964 up to 1980. Frame size 24X36mm
It features Shutter Speeds of 1/500 to 1s + 'Bulb'
Its main improvments over the FED 3 are its added selenium light meter.
Comes in two versions, Type 1 & Type 2; type 2 has an additional cocking lever and comes in 3 variants each with slight cosmetic changes
The camera is a veritable beast, seemingly carved out of a huge chunk of metal- its also quite large; it doesn't give the impression of a camera that will fall apart. This thing is built to last.
