The Ernemann Heag XV is a vest pocket folder for 4 1/2 x 6 cm plates or film sheets. Model I has fixed focus, Model II has a focusing lever on the folding bed. It was advertised as the lightest vest pocket folder with automatic standard positioning on focus infinity.

The version of 1911 has a 1:6.8/8cm Ernastigmat lens and an Automat shutter with speeds up to 1/100 sec. . Compared to the earlier version shown in the ad it has no more the two bulb connectors on the lens board, and it has just one normal-sized reflecting type finder instead of the two little brilliant finder cubes. Another new version of that year is the stereo-camera Heag XV for the 45x107mm format, with Automat shutter and 1:6.8 Detectiv-Aplanat lenses.
