Discussion pages are for discussing improvements to the article itself, not for discussions about the subject of the article.


I have the intention to transfer a good part of this page to the Help:Contents page, that is currently very unhelpful. I think that the purpose of the Community Portal should be to group the discussions and community projects, not to give an index of the howtos.
