I have the intention to transfer a good part of this page to the [[Help:Contents]] page, that is currently very unhelpful. I think that the purpose of the Community Portal should be to group the discussions and community projects, not to give an index of the howtos. Finally I added the links to the [[Help:Contents|Help page]] but did not removed them from this one. I have the intention to transfer a good part of this page to the Help:Contents page, that is currently very unhelpful.
