Cambron was a brand name used by a distributor Cambridge Camera Exchange with operations in New York.
They are mostly known for their accessories such as lenses, extension tubes, meters, flash and tripods.
They also sold several cameras under the Cambron name, which were simply re-badged cameras made in the former USSR. These cameras included the Cambron Pro Six, which was a rebadged Kiev 88 medium format camera, and the Cambron 12XP which was a rebadged Zenit 12XP 35mm cameras. The Cambron TTL was a relabeled Zenit TTL.[1] Other cameras may also have been offered under the Cambron name.
A few Cambridge products from circa 1990 were also badged as Lindenblatt (evidently the founder's name), including a K-mount 35mm SLR the Lindenblatt KL-2.[2]
