Alpha Photo was a company in Piacenza, Italy. It made the Ikorette camera since 1950. Maybe copyright reasons ("Icarette" resemblance) caused the company to name its other cameras Koret. Of course these simple Italian cameras had an "obiettivo a menisco" and an "otturatore a ghigliottina" for instant and bulb mode.

cameras

  • Ikorette, víewfinder camera, for type No. 127 film rolls, with Perkeus Extra Yz F=1:9 lens (50mm ?), rigid metal body covered with leatherette.
  • Koret (or Koret 127 ?) , viewfinder camera, frame size 4.5×3cm, for type No. 127 film rolls, with Korrect F=1:8.8 cm.5 lens, chamber for reserve film in camera, rigid metal body covered with leatherette.
