I have owned one for about two years now but have only seen 4 Billy Zeros mentioned on the WWW. Three of the four, as is mine, were fitted with Agfa's Solinar lens and a FD Compur shutter. The Compur shutter for 1932 offered a very wide variety of options. f-3.9 to f-32 and Sec. T, B, 1 to 300. The Agfa Solinar lens for years (1932 - 195?) was their finest. It is possible the finest clone ever made of the Carl Zeiss Tessar. Additional data about the Billy Zero also marketed as the Agfa Speedex is difficult to find. Any additional information would be appreciated.

The Agfa Billy 0 (Zero) is a German 6×9cm folding camera, made from c.1932 to 1937.

At least four examples have been observed on the Internet with Agfa's Solinar lens and a FD Compur shutter, including that pictured in this page at www.kelticknot.us. The Compur shutter for 1932 offered a very wide variety of options. f-3.9 to f-32 and Sec. T, B, 1 to 300. The Agfa Solinar lens for years (1932 - 195?) was their finest. It is possibly the finest clone ever made of the Carl Zeiss Tessar. Additional data about the Billy Zero also marketed as the Agfa Speedex is difficult to find. Any additional information would be appreciated.
