The lens is a coated 45mm f/2.8 Adoxon, with manual scale focusing, and the shutter a Prontor 125, with speeds 1/30 - 1/125 second, plus 'B', synchronised for flash. The Golf IA is similar, but without a meter; the Golf IIIA is similar, but with a different lens and shutter.
