The "STOP" is a French box camera. It really is just based on a cardboard box, with card internal parts too. It has an Objectif Menisque (McKeown[1] and a post at the Camera Collector forum thread[2] both show examples as pictured on the far right here, with this phrase printed below the lens), and a single-speed shutter, and makes twelve 6x6cm exposures on a roll of film. It has a simple pull-up wire-frame finder and a red window for film advance control.
