An actual working camera branded with Cabbage Patch Kids exists. It presumably dates from the 1980s, and takes 110 film. The packaging called it "A real camera just like Mom's and Dad's!", boasted that it had "no focusing", and declared it "Unbreakable!".[1] It was made in China.
There also seems to be a 35mm film camera branded with Cabbage Patch Kids, as well as a purely toy (non-functioning) camera.
