Titan SF 4x5
The Titan SF 4x5 is a field camera made by Walker Cameras since 1996.[1] The 'SF' in the name is a tribute to the late Stan Falchenberg, of UK photographic dealers Teamwork[1] The camera body parts are moulded from ABS polymer, and fittings are stainless steel. With the standard bellows, the camera weighs 2.9 kg (interestingly, the metal-bodied Wista 45 cameras weight about the same). It has a maximum bellows draw of 430 mm (excluding camera movements), so is between double- and triple-extension, with the standard bellows. A shorter wide bellows is available. The camera allows lenses down to 65 mm on a standard lens panel; a recessed panel, allowing a 47 mm lens, is available.
The camera has extensive movements. the front standard allows 50 mm front rise and 36 mm of fall, 35° of front tilt (either direction) and 20° of front swing (either way); there is no front shift. The rear allows 18 mm of shift in each direction (but no rise), 15° of swing (either way), 20°of backward til, and forward tilt 'limited only by the bellows'.[1]
It has an acrylic focussing screen with an integral fresnel lens. It takes Linhof-type lens panels, and has an 'international' (Graflok) back for attachment of dark slides and roll film holders.
