Template:Self/doc
This template accepts one license (the first unnamed parameter, which should be the name of an image license template), and displays a link to more information. If the image was not uploaded by its author, the author= parameter or instead the name= parameter must be set.
Fully copyright protected works need a year= parameter too.
Here are three variants of the template's call:
