Template:Lens spec
This template provides a standardized block of common lens specifications. Please use this when creating a new stub page for a lens. You don't have to fill in all the fields to use it, they will default to "unknown" if you leave them blank. To use this template, copy the following and paste it into the page source where you wish to put the lens specifications list.

Template attributes
badge | The badge or brand under which the lens was sold (e.g. Soligor) |
manufacturer | The company that manufactured the lens (e.g. Kino Precision) |
manufacture date | The dates the lens was first and last made (e.g. 1947-1969) |
focal_length_range | The focal length of a prime or focal length range of a zoom (e.g. 50mm, 70-210mm, etc.) |
aperture_range | The aperture value or range of the diaphragm, if any (e.g. f/2.8 - f/16) |
diaphragm_type | Type of diaphragm, if any (Waterhouse, Manual, Present, or Automatic) |
filter_diameter | The filter or accessory thread diameter (e.g. 58mm, Series VI, etc.) |
minimum_focus | The minimum focus distance of the lens in form Standard (English): 1.4m (4.6 feet) |
mounts | A list of the known camera mount types the lens was available with (e.g. Canon FD, Nikon F, Olympus OM, etc.) |
elements | The number of elements in the lens design |
groups | The number of groups in the lens design |
weight | The weight of the lens in form Standard (English): 400g (14.1 oz) |
accessories | Free form list of any accessories provide with or available for the lens (e.g. hoods, tripod mount rings, etc.) |
example_serial_numbers | Actual serials numbers of one or more copies of this lens (e.g. 123456, 424342) |
stock_numbers | The stock number or numbers used on the retail packaging of the lens |
