Not sure this is helpful text in a glossary article, which serves to define/explain a fairly simple thing.

I guess it's interesting that some digital cameras have a split-prism feature. Better if there were a link to one our page about one of the cameras. However, if it's really just a display that looks like a split-prism, but displays the results of some other focus mechanism, then I think (i) the article should say so and/or (ii) it might be confusing information, best left out of a glossary item (but by all means included in a write-up of the digital camera that has the feature).

Also, this is the only mention in the wiki of OSPDAF pixels, whatever these are. I don't think they belong in this article at all, but they definitely shouldn't be mentioned without either an explanation or a link to one. --Dustin McAmera (talk) 12:42, 5 August 2017 (CDT)
