I invited this photo. It's always tempting to use great vintage ads, but there's been concern about their ambiguous copyright status. For ads after 1978, it's pretty clearly a no-go. Before that it is hard to say--if no copyright notice appears, or it's earlier than 1950, it may be OK (More on page 6 of this PDF). This is assuming copyright legally resided with the advertiser, not the magazine who published it. --Vox 10:57, 1 March 2011 (PST)
