Sperling was a West German company. It could also be identified by a triangular logo with the letters H.S.B in the corners. These are the initials of Hans Sperling Berlin. Hans Sperling started the production of photographic articles in 1950 in Berlin. [1] His first products were large format travel cameras in the formats 9x12 to 18x24cm. He soon abandoned camera manufacturing and switched to slide projectors [2] under the names Haspe and Prinz. In addition prism-finders for SLRs with exchangeable finders (Primarflex, Rolleiflex, Praktica and Exakta) were produced. [1]
