Sociedad Industrial Argentina Fotográfica (SIAF) was a camera-maker active mostly in Argentina (based in Buenos Aires), but also in Chile, in the 1940s and '50s.[1]

The company made simple cameras from moulded plastic (including bakelite).

  • Amiga; the Gradosol, but made in Chile.[1]
  • Gradosol; simple viewfinder camera for 6x6 cm exposures on 120 or 620 film, made in at least three colours.
  • Gradosol Lujo; bakelite viewfinder camera for 6x9 or 4.5x6 cm exposures on 120 film, resembling the Photax.[2]
  • Gradosol Junior Baby; a 6x6 cm version of the Lujo

McKeown states that SIAF made the Rex-Lujo, more or less identical to the Lujo, and the Rex Junior Baby, for 4.5x6 cm pictures not 6x6 as the Gradosol Junior Baby), for Gevaert.[1]
