The Prego 30 is a compact autofocus camera for 35 mm film, with a fixed 30 mm f/3.5 Apogon wide-angle lens (a triplet, according to the brief review by Popular Photography[1]); HFT refers to Rollei's High Fidelity Transfer coating system.[2]
The camera has infra-red autofocus with an autofocus lock feature, and focuses down to 0.9 metre. It has fully automatic exposure control, between shutter speeds of 1/3 and 1/500 second. The film speed can only be set in the range ISO 100 - 400. It has a built-in flash with an LED red-eye reduction lamp, and a self-timer.
The Prego 30 has an aluminium body. It measures 99 × 63 × 32 mm (width × height × depth) and weighs about 150 g.[3] It requires one CR2 battery.
Because the Rollei brand changed hands, there appears to be no support for recent film cameras such as this at the Rollei website.
