The G600 is a rugged shock, dirt and water resistant digital camera from Ricoh introduced in 2008. Two years later the Ricoh G700 was introduced.

The camera body is rated by JIS/IEC as waterproof grade 7, with a depth of approx. 1 m, dust proof grade 6 and a operating temperature of -10°C to 40°C.

It uses a 10 megapixel 1/2.3" CCD sensor. Capable of producing photos with a resolution of 3648 x 2736. The lens is a 28–140 mm equiv. 5x zoom. It is able to focus at 30 cm to infinity but there is also a macro mode able to focus from 1cm. 230,000 pixel 2.7" LCD display. SDHC card storage. It is powered from a 1150 mAh Li-ion battery or 2x AAA batteries.
